From Galway take the coast road through to Casla. At Casla turn right at Radio Na Gaeltachta signed posted for Lettermore. Drive along this road and going through Bealadangan go over a long bridge and there is pub on your right hand side called The Hooker Bar, pass this out keeping the holiday cottages on your right. Go over the bridge and continue along this road to Lettermore village and onto the next bridge. Drive straight on for 5 km and turn left for Tra Bhain, drive up this road for 2 km and take the 6th right turn there is a stone road sign for Tra Bhain. Online Auctions

A non-refundable contract deposit of 10% (minimum deposit of €6,500.00) is required to be paid by the successful bidder for this property.

The minimum deposit amount noted above is required to be pre-authorised from the bidders debit or credit card through the payment facilities on the auction website when registering to bid. A bidder has also the option of transferring the minimum deposit amount by bank transfer to IAM Sold client account to authorise them to bid on the Online Auction (please note, this option may take several days).

The pre-authorisation amount will only be captured from the successful bidder on acceptance of their bid. This will form part of the non-refundable part payment contract deposit.

Any balance of the full contract deposit must be paid by the successful bidder to IAM Sold within 48 hours of acceptance of their bid. The deposit balance can be paid by bank draft (made out to IAM Sold), same day bank transfer to IAM Sold client account or by debit card.

All unsuccessful bidders will have their pre-authorisations released immediately OR their bank transfer refunded within 5 working days of conclusion of an auction or withdrawal of the Lot from the Online Auction.

Bidders are required to pay a non-refundable €50.00 (including 23% VAT) registration fee per property they register to bid on.

Public Auction Event

A 10% non refundable contract deposit (minimum deposit of €6,500.00) is payable immediately on the fall of the hammer for a successful bid. The deposit must be paid in cleared funds either by Bank Draft (made out to IAM Sold) or by Debit Card.
